Water

The Clean Water Act passed by Congress forces states throughout the country to have the same water management standards and regulations.

Does it make sense to make Arizona follow the same regulations for Minnesota?  Such laws impede innovation to provide a better service at an affordable price.

Arizona needs to pressure Congress to opt out of the law and to allow the state to manage its own water resources through the development of innovative means.   This will encourage federalism, protect property rights, and improve the environmental management that suites the needs of Arizona.
